As a super sensitive being I felt overwhelmed and anxious for most of my life. Stress and overwhelm completely burnt me out time and time again. I unknowingly had the ability to feel peoples emotions, energy shifts and intuitive insights, without any real framework for how to cope… Or even the realization that I was feeling EVERYTHING.
This was until I met a few incredibly gifted humans. One being Christine Gorichan, the other Les Price and then Rhyn Nasser and Chrystal Wilson… All who have trained and supported me in profound ways on my journey.
After years of training I have honed my skills in the healing arts, including Reiki and The Embodied I Ching Body Technology helping me ground and grow healing abilities and psychic mediumship. Ultimately I am here to hold space for those who are suffering, or just need confirmation that they are on the right path.
The greatest pay it forward is to help others.
I am a creative, having built and ran From The Clouds Creative Design Studio since 2019 - I truly know what burnout feels like.

I am an Embodied I Ching Practitioner and Alchemist. I find this work to be an exciting and powerful way to support healing, personal growth, and finding clear direction in life. It’s gentle yet effective, helping you align with your true self, restore balance within, and awaken your inner strengths.
Through this practice, I help you connect with the natural flow of life and your own inner wisdom. The methods I use are unique and designed to guide you gently toward new insights and understanding. I am a Reiki Practitioner dedicated to channelling universal life energy to help you feel more balanced, relaxed, and overall well-being. This gentle, holistic approach allows me to help your body’s energy flow smoothly, supporting you in releasing stress, letting go of what no longer serves you, and bringing harmony back into your mind and body.
During a Reiki session, I create a safe and caring space where you can experience deep relaxation and renewal. As the energy moves through you, you might feel warmth, a sense of peace, or clarity—helping you release emotional tension and promote physical comfort.
The universe is full of energy that can refresh and heal you on your path toward feeling better. Every person’s healing journey is unique, so your experience will be tailored to your individual needs and what your body and mind are asking for in that moment.
I also incorporate elements from the Embodied I Ching to help you explore your energy in a deeper way and understand the natural forces influencing your life. This combination supports your growth, self-discovery, and transformation.

Starseed souls incarnate on Earth with the mission to raise the vibration of people and the planet - to inspire, heal, and uplift humanity's consciousness, facilitating the planet's evolution.
Starseeds often carry wisdom and encoded light frequency from their home worlds, which they aim to share with others to help expand awareness and foster growth.
Upon arriving on Earth, Starseeds frequently forget their origins and purpose, leading many to feel a sense of disconnection or longing for "home." I have profoundly felt this my entire life, along with a deep connection to Egypt that has lingered (I have never set foot there).
My journey has been one of deep initiation, where I have journeyed through darkness, struggle, severe mental and physical pain. I now now that these experiences that my soul chose to go through were carving out space within me to hold more light. I have studied in Reiki, deep Shamanic practices, Embodied Alchemical Healing and Psychic Mediumship work to unlock levels of my body, mind and spirit.
As Starseeds awaken to their true selves, they begin to recognise their mission and the unique gifts they carry. They often find themselves questioning their surroundings, feeling a strong urge to seek deeper truths, and connecting with the cosmos in ways that feel familiar yet distant. For me, the path is ever unfolding and standing in my truth is the most courageous thing I’ve ever done.
Honestly, even writing this I feel that fear of judgement… But I choose now to not dim myself any longer.
I used to think my mission was to create and run a design studio (which I did, and I still do here at From The Clouds Creative), to work with studios such as Disney, Paramount and Warner Bros…
But life works in interesting ways doesn’t it?

I am known as a Starseed of Lyran and Andromedan star lineage. But, what exactly IS a starseed, I hear you ask???
Let’s go SUPER Woo woo… Many people today talk about the idea of "Starseeds," which are believed to be souls that come from other planets, stars, or galaxies. The concept is that these souls have incarnated on Earth to help bring positive change, light and awareness to planet Earth. They often feel different from others, have a deep curiosity about the universe, and may sense that they don’t entirely belong here. While the idea might sound unusual, it’s really about recognising that some of us feel a strong connection to the stars and a desire to help humanity grow and evolve through compassion, creativity, and understanding.
Back before my big “awakening” I had a psychic / tarot reading with an AMAZING lady in Mornington. During the session she asked if I would like and allow her to read my Akashic Records… I sat and watched her, having no idea what to expect… She looked confused. She pulled out a folder and immediately started flipping through the pages… “I knew something was wrong with me!” what my HONEST thoughts… After a while she opened her eyes and looked at me. She told me that I was a “walk in” soul. She told me that my soul was on a planet called Maldec, that was destroyed… She told me many other things. I had no idea what she meant, but my body felt deep truth.
For me… I’ve ALWAYS been very different. Late diagnosed as an ADHDer and also Autistic, deeply compassionate and also creative. I’ve also always been deeply connected to the stars, having grown up in the outback of Australia I would lie on the trampoline outside and watch the stars for hours. In 2023 I decided to get a Star Lineage Birth Chart reading, because honestly I could forget everything this incredible intuitive had passed onto me. The reading confirmed many experienced I had had in deep meditation; both with the word “Andromeda” (which I later understood as being a galaxy) and with feline who often popped into my awareness (beings such as the Egyptian diety Sekhmet).
For me, after serving as a creative conduit in my Design Business for many many years, I was now being called to stand fearlessly in my truth.
Sekhmet, the fierce Egyptian lion-headed goddess of war, healing, and divine protection, embodies a raw, unstoppable force of transformation. She is the fiery protector who burns away darkness with her radiant power and brings justice with unwavering courage.
As a reflection of the ancient Lyran star lineage (feline beings known for their wisdom, strength, and divine leadership) Sekhmet invited me to awaken and embody my inner power. Not the form of power I had always known - destruction / power over and aggressiveness… But a gentle, all encompassing, divinely true power.
I was being called to the lioness energy. Sekhmet inspires us to stand fearless in our truth, to harness our primal power for healing, and to serve as protectors of light in times of chaos.
